At US–Bapesta.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- The product is in resalable condition.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Custom or limited-edition items
Exchange Policy
We allow size exchanges only (if available) within 14 days. To request an exchange, email us at sport@us-bapesta.com with your order number and preferred size. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
